Job Description

Senior Administration Manager (Planning & Admin Div)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Prepare, compile and control manpower planning and annual HR budget
  • Manage and support the overall HR duties, including manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development
  • Analysis and evaluate existing training programmes to ensure the effectiveness and identify improvement needs
  • Lead the administrative support in company events, renovation project and other ad hoc project as assigned independently


  • Degree holder preferably with Human resources specialization
  • Minimum 5 years of management experiences, ideally with exposure in the banking industry but at least with exposure to a business with mature human resources processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills , plus exceptionally strong report writing ability to senior management
  • Proficient language skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Excellent communications, planning, analytical
  • Able to work independently, show initiative and take full responsibility for completion of duties
  • Effective execution skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
