Regional Senior Manager – Network Strategy

Location: Hong Kong


  • Devise, plan branch network strategy & guide the local implementation with the objective to improve branch efficiency & customer experience
  • Develop and implement branch management model with reference to the differentiated proposition by country
  • Define branch services strategy, ensuring the availability of proper policy, procedure, guideline and customer satisfaction monitoring mechanism
  • Review key customer journeys to achieve customer experience enhancement and operation efficiency uplift
  • Promote better sales management practices by propagating market intelligence and equip sales team with knowledge that encourages business growth
  • Define system requirement to facilitate the institutionalization & standardization of sales practices


  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' solid working experience in sales and services development in manned channels
  • Familiar with financial products and operations/ service enhancement, and with the drive to strive for continuous  improvement
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions in a proactive and independent manner
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
  • Exposure in Asia Pacific regional business is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a must. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
