Regional Product Manager – Payment Services

Location: Hong Kong


  • Develop business model, governance framework, recommend appropriate pricing strategy for remittance, debit card and other payment services
  • Define new product features and enhance service propositions to increase market competitiveness and improve customer stickiness
  • Establish target operating model with consistent product development and workflow framework
  • Support process re-engineering and system enhancement for customer experience improvement and operation risk migration 
  • Keep abreast of the latest development of payment services in fintech areas.
  • Work closely other departments on executing deposits, debit cards, transaction banking and payments related matters
  • Connect with local product leads to ensure smooth implementation of group initiatives


  • University degree in a business discipline
  • At least 5 year experience in financial industry with proven experience and track record in product and project management
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans
  • Excellence collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a must. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
  • Exposure in Asia Pacific regional business is preferred
  • Proactive and excellent team player, and also can work independently under pressure
