Product Manager (Big Data Operation and Marketing)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Be responsible for event planning and execution of big data, make up marketing and sales KPI and follow up the process; decide the internal event theme and arrangements, coordinate different departments and allocate resources appropriately, promote and optimize the business marketing activities
  • Have a deep mind through industry, product and customers, be expert in customer analysis, PERSONA, help developing data product and exploring new product model by data analysis; provide advice on business process and outcome and help to implement
  • Be responsible for building evaluation system on product, operation and active users; use statistical modeling and data analysis to make up suggestions on product, operation and market
  • Be responsible for customer behavior investigation, calculate the income and cost by massive data mining and analysis
  • Build up daily report forms system and handle everyday statistics processing, support operating department with accurate, practical and measurable data


  • Degree or above in Science and Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field, preferably graduating from distinguished universities
  • 3+ year work experience with at least 1-year experience in new media, digital marketing or big data marketing strategy of internet media
  • Have a deep understanding of big data, have a strong background of big data marketing consultation, planning or analysis, be able to seize characters from massive data and be sensible to data
  • Have a good understanding of internet business model, be familiar with internet and finance industry, be sensitive to the hot point and trends, be proficient in mobile internet digital marketing and have built up good relationship with related customers, well-performed in passed career
  • Have good market insights, be proficient in planning, coordinating, negotiating, have excellent skills to study and solve the problem
