Operational Risk Manager
- Implement effective operational risk management process to identify, assess, monitor and control operational risk
Conduct compliance reviews to identify possible operational risks and provide recommendations to enhance control weaknesses
Review existing key business processes, identify key control points and assess the adequacy of controls
Work with business and support units to effectively manage operational risk by maintaining operational risk controls in accordance with the regulatory guidelines and policies of the Bank.
- Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or other related disciplines
Holder of relevant Professional Qualification will be an advantage
At least 5 years Operational Risk Management experience or relevant experience in internal control or auditing
In-depth knowledge in various banking business
Good analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English, proven report writing experience in Chinese
