Job Description

Operation Officer / Senior Clerk (Group Customer Services Centre)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Provide operational support & tailor-made services on cash management products & solution such as account or ledger posting and communicate with suppliers/external service providers if necessary
  • Responsible for corporate internet banking maintenance, e.g. examine the product/service application form, conduct system setting and input
  • Handle Corporate Banking Services Online and cash management products daily operations like examine the control report, handle the file image, contact the customers for any operation issue
  • Responsible for the internal administrative work and supervisor's assigned work


  • Diploma holder or above
  • With 1 year experience related banking industry
  • Familiar with cash management related products and corporate internet banking maintenance will be preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
