Human Resources Manager / Senior Human Resources Officer - Business Partner

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner for daily HR management and related issues
  • Liaise with various Line Managers and provide professional HR support and advice in the areas of manpower planning, budgeting and other HR matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and projects in accordance with the strategy of Bank and managements' requirements
  • Participate in HR ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in human resources within Bank, financial institutions or sizeable organizations
  • Strong initiative to meet the business needs, able to work under pressure and independently
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • A good team player with an open mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficient in Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and related office applications
