Job Description

Customer Service Manager (Corporate Banking)


  • Provide quality banking services such as account opening and maintenance to corporate client and front line department
  • Checking the documents of account opening
  • Negotiate with all relevant parties; Manage end-to-end processing procedure and closely communicate and collaborate with various internal and external parties
  • Coordinate workflow enhancement of the supervised business routine, to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness


  • Degree holder in Law is preferable
  • At least 2 year experience in Compliance or Account Opening or Account Maintenance
  • Good knowledge on Banking Ordinance, Procedure & Corporate Banking Products
  • Proficient in AOP, CIN and PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
