Corporate Services Manager (Facility Management)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the maintenance of facilities in Banks property
  • Liaise with building management company, statutory departments
  • Monitor the progress of works and payment
  • Payment processing and recording
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
  • Attend emergency call/services when needed
  • Plan, negotiate and supervise outsourced contracts and manage the vendors

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree or above in Building Services Engineering or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in bank facilities management and MEP project management experience
  • Able to handle Building Orders and FSD Orders
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
  • Strong Customer Service focus
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, work independent with minimum supervision
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems including MS excel and powerpoint
