Clerk/Senior Clerk (Procurement)
Location: Hong Kong
- Handling daily procurement job related to printing materials, name cards and company chops including RFQ, tender evaluation and negotiation, order preparation. Also ensure all procurement be done in compliance with internal control procedures.
- Administrative support such as typing, record update, report generation and file management.
- Daily inventory management works in our Chai Wan Warehouse such as inventory taking, packing and sorting, record keeping.
- Support other materials purchase and timely complete all tasks assigned by the supervisors
- Diploma holder in business administration, procurement or logistics related discipline
- With minimum 1 year working experience
- Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills
- Willing to learn and work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Chinese word processing and report writing skill
