Job Description

Business Strategy Officer (HR Management)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Assist in analyzing HR-related statistics and information, providing reports to management;
  • Assist in collecting and sorting of HR-related indicators and progress for superiors to review and refine the relevant plans and strategies;
  • Support various operation functions of different units when needed, e.g. information collection, writing reports, data provision and internal communications;
  • Participate in analysis and strategy formulation of HR-related project according to the needs of business development;
  • Handle the tasks within the unit according to the functions and responsibilities, and ensure the effective execution of daily work and procedures;
  • Execute and complete the work assigned by the superiors.


  • Diploma or above, with 1-year relevant experience in banking industry;
  • Good command of written English and Chinese;
  • Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Good PC skills in Word, PowerPoint and Chinese input;
  • Proficient in Excel (formula setting, VLookup, Pivot Table/Marco, etc.)
