Business Strategy Officer (Call Centre)


  • Assist in planning and carrying out various projects, organizing various team activities and training
  • Prepare business reports through quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Support monitoring quality of calls and management of service quality. Provide advice on performance improvement measures
  • Support the work on facilities maintenance and resource management
  • Assist in the management of call centre systems and phonebanking services


  • Degree or above with at least one year relevant experience in Call Centre or financial industry
  • Familiar with statistical and information technology will be preferable
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
  • Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges.
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese input method
