Business Strategy Manager (Call Center)



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement strategic plans and initiatives of Call Center, including monitoring of project progress and ensuring the effective implementation.
  • Formulate effective system for collecting operational and financial data for the purpose of business quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Consolidate the performance material of different teams, analyze the data with reference to market situation and perform regular reporting for  management review.
  • Analyze the business and financial results with relevant parties & Finance Department to make recommendations for sustainable improvement.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed and controlled within the determined risk level and adhere to compliance standard

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
  • With 3 – 5 years’ banking or Call Center experience
  • Sound knowledge in statistical applications, distribution and banking operations, risk management
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good analytical and project management skills and be able to work independently under pressure
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
