Job Description

Business Compliance Clerk

Location: Hong Kong


  • Help supervisor to oversee the daily operation of business compliance
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Update and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Retrieve information when requested
  • Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required


  • Diploma holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines, previous office experience is essential
  • knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • information gathering and information monitoring
  • time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
