Assistant Manager / Manager (Innovation Project)

Location: Hong Kong


  • Organize meetings, team activities, events and seminars with external parties
  • Coordinate all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Create task lists for team members and assist with schedule management


  • Degree or above with major in eCommerce, Innovation Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 2-5 years working experience in organizing and managing projects
  • Be a self-starter, highly motivated and capable to work independently
  • Able to manage project with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
  • Energetic, positive attitude and team player
