Area Sales Coach & Strategy Manager, Wealth Management


  • Develop and implement sales management strategic plans and staff training / coaching programs for driving wealth management business of retail banking to meet the overall business objectives
  • Recommend and carry out strategic sales implementation plans, sales performance management tools and sales process streamlining initiatives, etc for investment / insurance products according to the sales results and productivity analysis in order to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency of designated area(s)
  • Prepare and compile training materials (including the collection of market / economic data) to facilitate the provision of effective training to branch management and sales staff, with continuous evaluations and ongoing support / coaching
  • Coach and nurture sales staff to enhance sales productivity and performance to achieve business goals
  • Review and monitor the implementation of sales plans and drive to achieve persistent results
  • Cultivate and foster a culture of strong sense of integrity and compliance among branch management and sales staff through delivering good practices of investment and insurance sales compliance and control




  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ experience in banking or financial industry, 5 years of which must be hands-on sales management experience. Candidate with frontline sales experience is preferable
  • Sound knowledge in investment and insurance business, retail banking operation, risk management and business practices
  • Strong banking sense and self-motivated with good coaching and sales management skills and be able to work independently
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
  • Possess qualification in IIQE, HKSI & MPF
  • Candidate with professional qualification(s) such as CFMP / CFPCM / CFA / FRM / FLMI, or other similar finance or life insurance related professional qualification(s) is preferable
