Administration Manager (Admin Team)

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of secretarial support to the senior management in a professional and timely manner
  • Support the department in the management of compliance and operational risks.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate meetings with internal and external parties
  • Manage appointment schedules, work plans and all business trips arrangements
  • Assist the senior management in all business activities
  • Prepare minutes, speeches, presentation materials and reports as required
  • Handle any ad hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma holder or above, formal secretarial training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Possess good awareness of operation risk and sensitive to operation irregularity
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typewriting is a must
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer.
