Job Description

Senior Human Resources Officer

Location: Lai Chi Kok


  • Provide full spectrum of Compensation & Benefit functions focusing on payroll management, HRIS system update, employee benefit, performance management and annual tax, etc.
  • Responsible for calculations of monthly payrolls, administration of monthly MPF contributions, filing of tax returns and other documents to relevant authorities
  • Review and improve working processes and procedures to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency
  • Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
