Job Description

Human Resources Assistant (Employee Compensation)

Location: Lai Chi Kok


  • Provide full spectrum of Employee Compensation functions, Rehabilitation Service and Caring Calls
  • Handle and maintain filling system, EC database and records
  • Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience preferred
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Sympathy, patient, self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
