Location: HONG KONG
To prepare group medical quotations and provide underwriting support so as to facilitate underwriters in delivering underwriting decisions
Business retention and development:
To retain existing business and maximize bancassurance business including maintaining low lapsation rate, handling new applications and renewal, managing premium & policy status, etc.
Sales support and customer service:
To render after sales support and services to frontlines and customers, including complaints handling, ex-gratia claims, member movements, renewal, new business, premium adjustment reconciliations, claims report etc.
Leadership & Teamwork:
To deputize supervisor on her absence
Operational Effectiveness & Control
To assist supervisor to handle and monitor daily sales support services in an effective and efficient manner. To raise constructive advice and feedbacks to management for on-going operational effectiveness review and control.
Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above
Preferably with 3 year experience in insurance industry
ANZII / Senior ANZII is preferable
Good leadership, customer servicing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
