Team Associate, AXA Asian Markets Office
Location: HONG KONG
The Team Associate will play an integral part in ensuring efficient day to day operations in AXA Asian Markets Office in Hong Kong. We are looking for a team-player to manage and assist various types of team/office administrative activities for the designated department. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and agility to learn new things and adapt to potential changes, proactive, is highly organized and reliable, must be able to handle confidential information with discretion, and will contribute to the positive, fast-paced, winning culture at AXA.
-Work closely with senior leader of designated department at Asian Markets Office and provide secretarial and administrative support to the team
-Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to the team which includes but is not limited to team scheduling arrangements, travel arrangements& expenses claims, departmental meetings/off-site events, etc.
-Support HR admin of team members when necessary
-Maintain proper filing and documentation;
-Assist in producing and consolidating presentation materials, reports when needed;
-Handle other Ad-hoc or team related activities assigned by the manager.
-At least 8 years’ related experience in a MNC company in an Executive/Personal Assistant role
-Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
-High level of interpersonal and communication skills
-Proactive with can-do attitude flexible, meticulous and detail-oriented
-Strong sense of ownership and problem solving skills
-Good learning agility
-Well-versed in MS office particularly Powerpoint
