Job Description

Sales Management Support Administrator ( 1 year contract)

Location: HONG KONG

Main Duties:

  1. Responsible for daily administration & maintenance of SwP “Portfolio Management System” (PMS)
  2. Provide support for lead/campaign/orphan management
  3. As back up for sales support functions

  4. Prepare manual client “Portfolio Review Report” for policy review

  5. Database maintenance & Management reporting


  1. University graduate preferable
  2. Min 3 years working experience with exposure in Insurance industry preferred
  3. A team player, can work under pressure and tight timeline
  4. Proficiency in computer operational knowledge
  5. Working knowledge of AS400 & CRM would be an advantage
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Good analytical and problem solving mindset
