Policy Servicing Administrator
Location: HONG KONG
New Business Handling
- Ensuring all documents have been recieved from major partners
- Recording and updating log for NB
- Download and submit documents for processing offshore (CancerCare)
All Physical Document Handling
- Collect all documents and ensure they are correctly classified
- Prepare documents for external scanning with 3rd party vendor
Customer Follow Up
- Ensure documents are received from customers and they are up to standard
- Issuing letters to customers for payment failures
- Prepare log for temporary staff and manage their time to ensure that all renewal packages are sent out in line with the internal and external (partner) expectations
- Work team members to ensure that the number of temporary staff is sufficient for the new of renewals.
Customer Service Contact
- Being the contact point and sharing the relevant information with customer service for renewal policies and any documentation that has been returned to AXA.
- Contact point for all internal staff systems access, ensuring everyone has the required access and applying for it, if not.
- Must be a hard worker who can work independantly and to a very high level of accuracy.
- Native Cantonese speaker
- Basic English
- Confident in asking questions
- 1-2 years of administration preferred but not required.
- New graduates welcome
