Operations Administrator

Location: HONG KONG

Job Description :  

  • Process claims administration work
  • Prepare claims reports
  • Draft letter and finance memo
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties
  • Assist in underwriting medical and non-medical cases with entrusted authority
  • Assist in preparing training materials for internal staff and distributors
  • Assist in preparing documentation of processing transactions
  • Provides quality administrative support to seniors and customers when requested


Job Requirements :

  • Form 7 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
  • Good service mindset and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills
