Job Description

Manager, HNW Operations & Services

Location: HONG KONG


Lead special projects and initiate new ideas for HNW value propositions, operations and service excellence
Lead the development of Universal Life backend system
Pitching of premium financing lending banks and manage approval process of on boarding
Design and deliver high net worth operations forum and briefings to sales channels
Setting the case workflow, standard turn-around time, guidelines with Head of HNW Operations and Services on HNW case management, including Universal Life and other HNW products as classified by the Company
Business dashboard management and reporting
BAU: Manage HNW business pipeline and set priority for case processing
Manage the front-to-end process of HNW products’ policy application to smooth delivery, by identifying areas of flexibilities and making relevant recommendations to distributors
Work closely with HNW Underwriting Team and conduct monthly review to ensure Underwriters’ decisions are implemented accordingly
Maintain close communications with distribution channels to follow up pending requirements for medical and financial underwriting
Maintain open communication with all distribution channels, gather distributors and bankers’ feedback, and recommend areas of enhancement for workflow and process efficiency

Qualifications

• University graduate or above with FLMI or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in insurance industry, with in-depth knowledge of HNW market, proposition and case management
• Possess Universal Life product knowledge, operations, medical and underwriting knowledge 
• Experience in managing special projects and business analysis
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Strong ability to assess business priorities and negotiate with distributors accordingly
• PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
