Intern

Location: HONG KONG

CX Strategy
  • Assist team head to create end-to-end customer and service journey across all MOTs
  • Support team to engage different teams within all LOBs, Product, Marketing, Digital, IT and Operation, etc. to bring the agreed customer, service journeys to life
  • Assist to organise and drive CX and Segments related initiatives (e.g. running of customer events, customer communication)
