Job Description

Executive Assistant

Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Handling general secretarial and administrative duties
  • Handling general administration for the team such as travel arrangements and documents (visas), scheduling meetings, expense reimbursements, on-boarding logistics for new members, etc. 
  • Ad-hoc management support as requested by the Manager. 
  • Organise monthly team meetings, quarterly team meetings and various in-house and offsite meetings as required, in a cost-effective and detailed manner 
  • Update and maintain staff lists, organisational charts, email distribution groups and mail listings 
  • Promote knowledge sharing and communication in the team 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest changes 
  • Maintain good relationships with the broader PA community

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • 3- 7 years of relevant experience in PA role in multi-national companies
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, spoken and written, with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office such as WORD, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
  • Company secretarial knowledge an advantage (but not a necessity)
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
