Job Description

Customer Care Associate

Location: HONG KONG

Responsibilities:
  • Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Ensure daily work management is maintained – hotline, web chat, email enquiry. 
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties (such as supervisor, team leader or back office) to meet customers’ needs
  • Contribute to achieve agreed SLAs and service standards
  • Involve in ad hoc projects and administrative works

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • University graduate
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service in insurance companies
  • Native English speaker. Proficient in both spoken & written English.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details and well organized
  • Willing to learn and self-initiated
  • Good command of MS Office including Word & Excel
