Job Description
Client Service Officer - General Insurance
Location: Hong Kong
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from direct customers and frontline staff of Partners on General Insurance product enquiry (pre-sales and post-sales), introduce related insurance products and close sales
- Support frontline to close sales deal and settle client cases (e.g. endorsement, cancellation)
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up and close cases (e.g. follow up on missing information on application forms), to resolve client case
- Identify and spot out opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and retention, propose new initiatives for process improvement and conduct implementation
- Support Business Development Manager to launch campaigns and initiatives
- Escalate the referral or complex complaint cases to relevant parties, assist manager to resolve client complaints
- Reply and follow up on incoming correspondence and email in good written presentation
- Serve walk-in customer for product enquiries and requests
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Dioploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Around 2 years of working experience in customer service/hotline field, experience in insurance industry is an advantage
- Good interpersonal skill with attention to details, with a passion for customer centricity, being a good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills
- Accept roster on working schedule, willing to work on Saturday
