Location: HONG KONG
- Assess and process medical claims according to company’s claims guidelines.
- Arrange disbursement of reports and payments on claims settlement.
- Provide administrative support to group & individual medical / life clients through correspondence handling
- Reply enquiries from internal customers within in a timely manner
- Cooperate with other teams to meet the deadlines and expectation of services
- Ensure accuracy and review the procedures for continuous improvement
- Ensure claims are processed within company service standard.
- High Diploma or above
- At least 3 years of working experience in insurance industry, preferrable with experience in Health Claims
- Knowledge of the AS400 system is preferable
- Good interpersonal skill with service attitude, numeric sensitive and attentive to details.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & PC skills.
