Job Description

Claims Administrator

Location: HONG KONG

  • Review medical claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to conduct assessment and investigation
  • Follow up frontline request with other departments
  • Resolve claim enquiry on daily basis and provide timely response 
  • Deliver quality claims / customer services to internal stakeholders


  • 1-2 years or above experiences in claim / customer services industry
  • Experience in processing insurance claims and with customer services experience will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Good command in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Strong team player and willing to learn
