AXA Associates Sales Coach

Location: Hong Kong

The AXA Associates Sales coach role requires independent thinkers to work in thir own team and closeley with Sales managers to provide a recruitment and development environment attractive to Interns and Graduates.

This will involve:

  •  Relationship management with recruiters (Sales managers) in order to influence and endorse use of the programme
  •  Involvement in direct recruitment initiatives (Seminars, job fairs, campus events) to showcase the AA brand and bring candidates onboard to supplement recruitment from agency sources
  • Coaching, demonstration and assessment of new Associates in their selling skills using the Ipro digital sales toolkit.
  • Coordination / Delivery of Weekly training activities to develop Associates in their first 12 months
  • Participation in reward events (Elite club dinner, Alumni events)
  • Running the Interns programme annually
  • Support to the Future Leaders camp and programme in building new young managers

 In addition to this, the role holder will be responsible for parts of the operational support to the team. These accountabilities will be discussed and assigned according to the strength of the job holder


  • Candidates should have an insurance sales background and involvement in a training/ coaching role before
  • Must be positive and enthusiastic and able to inspire young people
  • Experience in communicating through various social media plpatforms would be an advantage
  • Good communication and presentation skills
