Assistant Officer

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team such as PowerPoint presentation, group quotation and promotion materials
  • Co-ordinate with sales consultants, brokers and clients for smooth communication and documentation flow at the most efficient manner
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
  • Work closely with administration people in Employee Benefits Operations for providing quality service to corporate clients and brokers

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • 1 year work experience in marketing, customer service or sales support function is preferred
  • Good command in MS Office and data processing
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
