Assistant Manager, Regional Compensation & Benefits, AXA Asia Regional Office

Location: HONG KONG

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Regional C&B team on daily activities such as C&B analysis and reports, coordination on the information gathering among the entities, enquiries from entities, benchmark exercise, etc.
  • Work closely and engage entity C&B and HR teams on the C&B related activities.
  • Support year-end salary and incentive governance process with emphasis on LTI nomination and technical support such as building user-friendly tools and guiding entities to customise on their own
  • Work closely with Group equity team, service providers and entity correspondence to facilitate all long term incentive (LTI) and equities-related process including Group LTI, Local Cash LTI, and other equity plans, and special awards in order to ensure smooth communication, implementation and maintenance in the region.
  • Manage the survey or any data process from data collection/clarification, to job matching/validation, to survey submission and work with team to conduct detailed analysis and reports
  • Maintain the compensation database of the senior executives in the region
  • Assist in Job Evaluation implementation and ongoing management
  • Support the C&B operations in the Regional Office.
  • Support the Regional Director, compensation & Benefits on budgeting & reporting requirements and administration
  • Contribute to international mobility management within the region, including being familiar with and providing input to policy-related issues, and using related materials and knowledge of tax and regulatory environments and market practices as inputs into executive compensation packages
  • Engage the entity C&B community to drive greater knowledge sharing
  • Work with local, regional and global teams on C&B projects as required



Qualification & Experiences:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant experience, preferably in consultancy firm with exposure to multinational environment
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills and logical thinking
  • Project management experience is preferred – good at following up matters and managing details in an organized manner
  • Ability to operate effectively in a complex stakeholders environment
  • Highly developed personal integrity and ethics
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Confident personality with a proactive and constructive approach
  • Excellent excel modelling capabilities
  • Good at Microsoft Office and database management
