Job Description

Assistant Manager, Distribution Support (Agency)

Location: HONG KONG

  • Handle quotation request to review pricing with underwriting team and provide sales support to frontline 
  • Handle enquiry on underwriting, policy administration, claim and complaints
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries
  • Coach subordinate to ensure daily work management is maintained
  • Support sales activities in coordinating events & functions
  • Prepare performance reports to monitor channel performance, SLAs and service standards
  • Initiate and participate channel development initiatives
  • Collect feedback & reflect customer needs and expectation to the Company
  • Follow and propose changes to streamline process and meet customer expectation
  • Participate in projects and system enhancements to enhance team efficiency and service level

Qualifications

  • Degree or above preferred, non-degree holders with relevant experience will be considered 
  • 5 years or above experience in sales distribution of group insurance, agency experience is a plus
  • Detail-minded, organized and with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
