Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics
Location: HONG KONG
The Assistant Manager, Digital Analytics, will be part of the Website & eCommerce team, within the group of Digital teams that sit in CMCO (Chief Marketing & Customer Office) Department of AXA Hong Kong. The Digital teams drive AXA Hong Kong digital strategy and execution, across all lines of business (P&C, Life and Health), with strong objectives for 2018-2020 of generating digital-originated business for the company and engagement with our prospects and customers. The Website & eCommerce team is more specifically in charge of our customer-facing website axa.com.hk and all eCommerce platforms delivering online sales (P&C products mainly) and online leads (Life & Health products).
Main purpose of the job
Own and manage all Digital reporting and analysis for Digital teams; thus working towards improvement of our digital platforms, most importantly our website axa.com.hk Define and implement all tracking needs for digital teams. Fully own and manage our webanalytics and AB testing tools; and act as a Subject Matter Expert within AXA Hong Kong for Digital Analytics topics.
* Ownership of digital reporting o Build and maintain relevant dashboards for Digital business results, interacting with all relevant internal stakeholders to get data inputs
o Monitor KPIs and build & maintain internal reporting for decision making. Ensure the regular update to relevant stakeholders
o Ensure data quality and consistency o Set up automation of Digital reporting via an online visualization tool
* Ownership of webanalytics and AB testing tools for axa.com.hk o Lead website performance analysis, in particular for sales funnels and lead generation tools, interact with website Product Owners to understand the context and propose improvements & recommendations.
o Ensure set up of AB tests, conduct analysis, and liaise with product owners and digital marketing team on results and recommendations
o Proactively perform deep dives analysis to better understand specific situations
o Own & manage our Webanalytics and AB testing tools; including ensuring the tools set up (implementation, custom set up and reports, etc) respond to our needs, ensuring accessibility of the tools internally to the right stakeholders, users’ management and training & knowledge sharing
o Support SEO analysis & recommendations
* Ownership of tracking of our digital assets: o Define & own tagging and tracking on axa.com.hk website
o Implement tags on our website via Tag Management System and with IT teams support when required
o Own & manage our Tag Management System tool
o Support other digital teams in their tagging & tracking requests
o Support Digital Marketing & Acquisition team in all media tracking needs.
* Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Analytics topics for AXA Hong Kong. o Recommend new tools & technologies where relevant
o Keep up to date with industry best practices & standards on Digital Analytics and translate it into AXA Hong Kong context
o Ensure knowledge sharing to the relevant stakeholders
o Liaise with other Digital Analytics experts within AXA Group, to ensure alignment on strategy, get and share learnings to the wider AXA community)
