Job Description

Assistant Client Service Officer

Location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist to grow and retain profitable General Insurance/Group Medical Insurance business by preparing quotations for both new and renew business and performing underwriting
  • To prepare, follow up and monitor new and renewal business documentations with frontline to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To assist in exploring channel development and managing existing portfolio by preparing statistical/MI reports on business performance for management review
  • Participate in projects for optimum operational efficiency and business profitability
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor. e.g. UAT


Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above in related discipline
  • ANZII or FRMI qualification is an advantage
  • Around 3 to 5 years working experience gained from general/medical insurance industry is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Demonstrate good customer service, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good in Microsoft office and other data analysis tools
