Job Description

Operation Clerk

Location: Kowloon Bay

Reponsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to sales team
  • Handle invoice billing, debit note issuing, refunding and other assigned documentary procedures
  • Consolidate customer's contract and collect information from customer if required,
  • Customer management ( maintain customer database, sales & settlement records)
  • Prepare sales material (include sales analysis & ad hoc reports)
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Co-ordinate with other department or the support team to provide services to the customers 

Requirements : 

  • F.5 or above
  • 3 year working experience or above
  • Basic knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping or sales administration technique
  • Customer oriented, hardworking, result oriented with positive attitude
  • Accurate, wiling to learn, proactive and have excellent courteous manner
  • PC skills including MS Office and Chinese Word processing
