Customer Service Representative - Service Counter
Location: Kowloon Bay
- Handle customer service duties at service counter including application, payment, enquiries, complaints handling and guests reception
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Good PC skills including MS Office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Patient, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available preferable
