Customer Service Representative - Service Counter

Location: Kowloon Bay

Reponsibilities :

  • Handle customer service duties at service counter including application, payment, enquiries, complaints handling and guests reception

Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Patient, detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available preferable
