Customer Service Representative (Call Centre)

Location: Kowloon Bay

Reponsibilities :

  • Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls on CS issues including enquiries and payment reminders

Requirements :

  • Form 5 or above, at least 1 year CS or call centre experience preferable
  • Patient, mature team player and good communication skills
  • Immediate available preferable
  • No shirt duty required
