About the role
As a Finance Manager for Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for local regulatory reporting in support of the ANZ Hong Kong Financial Control team. You will be involved in conducting reports in relation to ANZ Hong Kong (e.g. HKMA, DPS) and reports that are closely related to local regulatory reporting returns (including ALCO reporting). You will ensure the accurate and timely completion of local regulatory reporting requirements (including registers, schedules, reconciliations, adjustments) and compliance with local regulatory reporting requirements (along with compliance with internal Finance Policies and Procedures). Key to your role is the accountability for the integrity of the numbers and through the delivery of accurate, reliable and timely financial information, ensuring that the processes are streamlined and embedded in a strong governance culture. As part of the wider Financial Control Community, you will assist in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of regulatory reporting process/policies and internal controls. To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
- Solid HKMA reporting knowledge with proven years of relevant experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
- Analytical skills with customer focus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence, with experience working with off-shore sites
