As a well established global events agency, this company focuses on managing events in the APAC region. When client relationship is their main priority, they put in the extra personal touch to the events and drive brand awareness for their clients.

In Hong Kong, the company has been consistently working for a biotech client to closely manage their needs in strategy and events management.

The role:

As the Senior Event Manager, it will be a standalone role and your main responsibility is to manage the events in the APAC region while meeting with them to understanding the needs and requests.

Taking charge in the logistics of the events, including working on the event materials along with the internal editorial, design, and production teams. With your account management skills, you will be developing and maintain client relationships.

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in event management
  • Experience in working for a PCO (Pharmaceutical Conference Organization)
  • Excellent in English and Cantonese
  • Solid knowledge on booking travel arrangement such as flights, transfers, accommodation
  • Can work autonomously and work well under pressure
  • Strong relationship building skills
