Job Description

Customer Data Analytics Manager

Location: Hong Kong

A successful and well known retail management group is looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Analytics Manager to join their team.

Open to candidates from outside of Hong Kong.

The Role:

  • Gather business challenges and requirements from the business units to understand how you can help business decision and ultimately help drive revenue
  • Visualise data for all the brands under the group to facilitate decision making
  • Work together with data scientists to build predictive models
  • Assist in data gap analysis and perform customer segmentation with the help of data scientists
  • Work closely with retail teams and front line stuff to empower them with data knowledge and insights that can be used to drive sales

The Person:

  • proactive and curious personality will make sure you fit into the start-up like, entrepreneurial feel team with a flat hierarchy
  • 5+ years experience in customer data analytics will help you excel in this role
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage but not a must
  • Strong experience in data visualisation using tools like Tableau, Power BI or Qlik
  • Experience working in retail, FMCG or luxury industries will be a strong advantage
  • Familiar with DMPs, Tag management, Ad tech (i.e double click, sizmek, talking data) and marketing automation
