Job Description

Customer Service Executive

Location: Eastern District


  • Provide sales support to the sales team
  • Assist in preparing advertising proposals and sales materials
  • Prepare and follow up sales orders
  • Lisaise with various internal and external stakeholders / department to ensure day-to-day operations running smoothly
  • Handle logistic planning to ensure timely delivery and maintain effective and efficient daily workflow
  • Hands on experience in photo retouch and design mock up for proposal and censorship
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor on ad-hoc basis


  • Form 6 or above
  • At least 2 years related working experience
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and customer services skills
  • Well-organized, outgoing and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with common design software including Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
