Job Description


Location: Tsimshatsui, Central

The Job

  • Assist the manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant
  • Handle restaurant setup including floor, table and decoration
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness within restaurant
  • Customer services (including enquiries and complaint handling)
  • Supervise servers

The Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good command in English, good in Cantonese/Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Responsible and have passion in Catering service
  • Less experience will be considered as Captains
