We are looking for a Team Assistant to support our consultants and take care of office admin. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate should be fast-paced, detailed oriented and proactive.

  • Handling telephone calls (arrange meeting/interview for Sales team if consultants requested) and general customer enquiries
  • Maintain and update candidate and client record on the database
  • Cover reception when necessary
  • Event coordination
  • Prepare employee onboarding materials
  • General office admin


  • Minimum 2 years experience in admin
  • Experience in a multi-national working environment
  • Strong in English
  • Familiar with MS Excel and Word
  • Immediately Available is preferred
