Job Description

Our client is a leading bank in Hong Kong with global presence. They are looking for a Application Support and Incident Management Manager. In this role you will be responsible to lead an experienced team to inspire them on new directions. You will provide production support and manage incidents and issues, service requests and conduct release management. You will also provide resolutions and prepare reports for key stakeholders. You will have more exposure to communicate with senior management and work closely with teams in other regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder in information technology or related discipline
  • Working experience in banking, insurance or financial industry is a must
  • Extensive communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
  • Able to work under high pressure environment and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • ITIL certification will be beneficial
