HR & Admin Officer (Payroll), Start ASAP



Job Description

  • 20 days annual leave

We are looking for a HR and Admin officer to focus on payroll calculation due to our rapid expansion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for payroll calculation as well as contract management.

  • Maintain a smooth operation process of payroll service
  • Contract management including but not limited to contract review, preparation of contracts etc.
  • Payroll calculation including overtime, expense, bonus etc.
  • Responsible for monthly timesheet collections
  • Database management of contractor and employees
  • Answer enquiries from contractors regarding to employment ordinance


  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR / Admin positions in a sizeable company
  • Familiar with employment ordinance, MPF regulations in HK
  • Attention to details and organized
  • Strong in communication with internal consultants as well as clients and contractors
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
