Our client is a well-known MNC company, they are now looking for an administrative service officer to support office activities and provide professional customer services.
- Provide a whole spectrum of office support including procurement activities for office equipment and supplies.
- Negotiate on pricing, terms and conditions with service providers
- Liaise, co-ordinate and monitor service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangement and service quality
- Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
- Monitor and control office expenses.
- Participate in report compilation, payment settlement and equipment maintenance coordination, etc.
- Perform receptionist duties as required.
- Monitor tea ladies' performance.
- Support any ad hoc projects assigned
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience is required
- Candidate with life insurance background is highly preferred
- Good team player, mature, and independent
- Great written and spoken English & Chinese & Mandarin
- Excellent use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
