Our client is a well-known MNC company, they are now looking for an administrative service officer to support office activities and provide professional customer services.

Job Duties

  • Provide a whole spectrum of office support including procurement activities for office equipment and supplies.
  • Negotiate on pricing, terms and conditions with service providers
  • Liaise, co-ordinate and monitor service providers to ensure smooth logistics arrangement and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures
  • Monitor and control office expenses.
  • Participate in report compilation, payment settlement and equipment maintenance coordination, etc.
  • Perform receptionist duties as required.
  • Monitor tea ladies' performance.
  • Support any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience is required
  • Candidate with life insurance background is highly preferred
  • Good team player, mature, and independent
  • Great written and spoken English & Chinese & Mandarin
  • Excellent use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
