Our client is a US law firm with over 20 offices across the globe, they are looking for an Admin Coordinator/Officer due to the rapid business expansion. Reporting to Office Manager and Admin Supervisor, the candidate should be independent and organized who has at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional and international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum of daily office administrative works
  • Responsible for day-to-day office administrative operations of the back office
  • Plan, organize and manage the management business, travel plans and company events
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Handle office expenses
  • Assist in accommodation arrangements for guests

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Administration, preferably from the law firm or professional firm
  • Strong in English and Cantonese speaking
  • Independent and organized
